Looking after it

Wipe the seat and controls with a mild cleaner and a soft cloth; never hose the unit down. The nozzle runs its own self-clean before and after each use. Unplug before any deeper cleaning.

Warm Water WashContinuous warm water with three temperature settings
Heated Seat + DryerThree seat temperatures and a three-level warm air dryer
Memory FunctionSaves your settings so every visit starts where you like it

Warm seat, warm water, warm air. The full upgrade.

An electric bidet seat with a three-setting water heater, heated seat and warm air dryer. Plugs into a standard socket.

This is the electric version of a bidet seat: it replaces your existing seat and adds warm water, a heated seat and a warm air dryer.

The water heater has three temperature settings and supplies warm water continuously, so the wash does not run cold mid-way.

The seat itself heats to three settings, which sounds like a luxury until the first cold morning of winter.

A three-level warm air dryer finishes the job, and a memory function saves each preference so you set it once.

The stainless steel nozzle rinses itself before and after every use. It needs a socket within reach of the toilet.

Heated Toilet Seat and Bidet

An electric bidet seat does three things a non-electric one cannot: it warms the water, warms the seat, and dries you afterwards. This unit does all three with three settings each, which covers everyone from cautious first-timers to converts who want the full warm everything.

Heated Toilet Seat and Bidet

The water heating is continuous rather than tank-based, so the warm wash lasts as long as you need it instead of running cold after a stored litre is used up.

Heated Toilet Seat and Bidet

The memory function is the feature people underestimate. Each household member finds their combination once, and the seat recalls it, so nobody cycles through settings on every visit.

Heated Toilet Seat and Bidet

The nozzle is stainless steel and runs a self-clean before and after each use, retracting behind its guard between washes. The seat and lid are PP plastic, the material chosen for toilet seats because it resists fading, yellowing and cracking.

Heated Toilet Seat and Bidet

The one planning question is power. The seat plugs into a standard socket, and Irish wiring rules keep sockets away from the toilet in many older bathrooms, so check where your nearest socket is before ordering. If a socket is not practical, our non-electric toilet lid with bidet does the wash without one.

Not sure yet? That is fine.

You can change your mind. Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to send it back in resaleable condition. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery.

If it turns up faulty, damaged or not as described, that is on us. The Consumer Rights Act 2022 covers you, we pay the return postage, and you can have a repair, a replacement or your money back. Read the full detail on our refunds and returns page, or ask us anything before you order.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the heated toilet seat and bidet actually do?

Three things beyond a normal bidet seat: it warms the wash water, heats the seat itself, and dries you with warm air afterwards. Each has three settings, and a memory function saves your combination.

Does it need electricity?

Yes. The heater, dryer and heated seat all need power, so you need a standard socket within reach of the toilet. If that is not practical in your bathroom, our non-electric toilet lid with bidet washes without one.

Is the warm water continuous or from a tank?

Continuous. The water heats as it flows, so the wash stays warm for as long as you run it rather than going cold after a stored litre.

How warm does the water get?

There are three temperature settings from cool to comfortably warm. Most people settle on the middle one; the memory function then keeps it there.

How does the memory function work?

You set your preferred water temperature, seat temperature, pressure and dryer level once, and the seat recalls them. In a shared house it means nobody has to re-adjust everything each visit.

Does the seat get hot?

It warms to one of three settings, from just-off-cold to properly warm. It is designed to sit at a safe, comfortable temperature rather than anything approaching hot.

Is the nozzle hygienic?

Yes. It is stainless steel and rinses itself before and after every use, retracting behind a guard in between. You never need to touch it.

Can I adjust the spray?

Yes, three pressure settings from gentle to firm, set from the controls on the unit.

Does the dryer replace toilet paper completely?

For most people, close to it. The three-level warm air dryer means paper becomes an occasional backup rather than the main event.

Is it noisy?

No. The pump and dryer are quiet enough for night-time use without waking the house.

Will it fit my toilet?

It fits standard bowls with a detachable seat. Measure your bowl shape and bolt spacing before ordering, and check there is a socket within reach.

Do I need an electrician or plumber?

Usually neither. The water side is the same T-valve connection as any bidet seat, and the power side is a plug into an existing socket. Only if you need a new socket installed does an electrician come into it.

How long does installation take?

Around 20 to 30 minutes: unbolt the old seat, bolt this one on, connect the T-valve into the cistern supply, and plug in.

Is it safe in a bathroom?

It is designed for bathroom use and connects to a normal socket. As with any bathroom appliance, the socket itself must be a properly installed one; if you are unsure about your bathroom's wiring, ask an electrician.

Is it suitable for older users?

Very. The warm wash and dryer mean far less twisting and reaching, the seat is warm on cold mornings, and the memory function keeps the controls to one press. It supports independence without any strength or dexterity demands.

Is it useful after surgery or childbirth?

Many customers buy it for recovery, because warm water washing is gentler than wiping and the dryer removes the reach entirely. It is a bathroom fixture, not a medical device; for care advice specific to your situation, ask your GP.

Is it good for sensitive skin or haemorrhoids?

Warm water is gentler than paper on irritated skin, which is why sensitive users prefer bidets. It is about comfort and cleanliness rather than treatment.

Can children use it?

Yes. Set the water and seat temperatures low for them and show them the controls once. The temperatures are limited to safe ranges by design.

How much water and power does it use?

A wash uses under a litre of water. The heater and dryer draw power only while running, and the seat warmer is a low steady draw, similar to leaving a lamp on.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the seat, lid and controls with a mild cleaner and a soft cloth. The nozzle looks after itself with the self-clean cycle. Never pour or spray water over the unit, and unplug it before any deeper clean.

How long should it last?

With normal care, years of daily use. The stainless nozzle and PP seat are the durable choices for the two parts that work hardest.

What is the difference between this and the Japanese bidet toilet page?

Same seat, two names. Japanese bidet is what many people call an electric bidet seat, so we keep a page under each name. Whichever you order, the product that arrives is this one.

How is it different from the non-electric toilet lid with bidet?

The non-electric version washes with cold water and needs no socket, at a lower price. This one adds warm water, the heated seat, the dryer and the memory function, and needs power.

How is it different from the bidet attachment?

The attachment fits under your existing seat and washes with cold water only. This replaces the seat entirely and adds every warm feature. The attachment is the budget route; this is the full upgrade.

Does it work with low water pressure?

Yes. The pump manages the spray, so the wash is consistent even where mains pressure is modest.

Can I remove it if I move house?

Yes. It unbolts like any seat, the T-valve comes off the supply line, and the original seat goes back. Renters do exactly this.

What is in the box?

The seat unit, the T-valve, the hose and the mounting fittings. You need a screwdriver for the old seat and a socket for the plug.

What is delivery like?

Free across Ireland on orders over €60, which this qualifies for. Orders ship after a 24 to 48 hour handling time and arrive in 5 to 7 days, with a tracking number emailed when they leave.

Can I return it?

Yes. As a standard stock item it carries the 14 day right to cancel under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, on top of your statutory rights if anything is faulty.

Does it fit both round and elongated bowls?

It fits standard bowls; measure yours before ordering and email us the figures if you are unsure. The mounting fittings adjust to the common bolt spacings.
