Choosing health products for your home
We sell a short range of health and wellness products, so this is the honest version of what we have learned: what each type does, where it is the wrong choice, and what to check before you order.
Bidets: seat, lid or attachment
The slim attachment keeps your existing seat and washes with cold water. The toilet lid with bidet replaces the seat entirely and adds a slow-close lid, still with no socket needed. The electric seat adds warm water, a heated seat and a dryer, and needs power within reach. All three fit a standard Irish toilet in a 15 to 30 minute DIY job.
Check the socket and the bowl before you order
For the electric seat, find your nearest socket first, because Irish wiring rules keep power at arm's length from many toilets. For any seat, measure your bowl: round suits bowls up to about 46 cm long, elongated suits longer oval bowls. The product pages carry the exact figures.
Supplements are supplements
Our probiotic capsules and gummies are food supplements. We describe exactly what is in them and we make no promises about treating or preventing anything, because the law is right to forbid that and because it is true. They sit alongside a balanced diet, never instead of one, and symptoms belong with your pharmacist or GP.

Our panel pairs 660 nm red with 850 nm near-infrared in every LED, the standard home combination. We make no claim about results; the session guidance is 10 to 25 minutes at 8 to 45 cm. If a listing anywhere promises weight loss or cured conditions from a lamp, keep your money.
Support is not treatment
The knee stabiliser is a brace with a C-shaped pad you position beside the kneecap, held by adjustable straps. That is what a brace is, and that is all we claim for it. It does not fix a knee, and a knee that stays sore deserves a physiotherapist rather than a firmer strap.
Fitness gear you will actually use
The rower folds and weighs 11 kg, which sounds like a storage detail and is actually the whole battle: equipment that disappears when you finish is equipment that gets used again tomorrow. Twelve resistance levels cover a first session and a hard one.
