Product descriptions and images
We describe our storage and accessories as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can appear differently on different screens, and there is some variation between production batches. Small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault. Where a supplier does not publish a specification such as a material or a weight limit, the product page says so rather than estimating one.
Installation guidance is general
Any installation guidance on this site is general advice for typical bathrooms. Buildings vary. You are responsible for isolating the water supply before fitting any bidet product, for checking your bowl shape and socket position before ordering, and for working safely. If you are not confident with a fitting, a plumber can do any of our installations in well under an hour.
