What we do
Most wellness shops try to sell everything. We keep the range short on purpose: bidet toilet seats and attachments, women's probiotics in two formats, a red light therapy panel, a folding rower and a knee stabiliser. Nine products we have specified, photographed and described ourselves.
We sell online only, direct across Ireland. You tell us your bathroom, your routine or your goal, and we tell you plainly which product fits it, or that none of ours does.
How we work
The bidet products are DIY: everything fits with ordinary tools, by the person who bought it, and the fitting guidance sits on the product page rather than in a leaflet you find after you have paid.
Prices are in euro and include everything you pay at checkout. Delivery is free across Ireland on orders of €60 or more, and a flat €25 below that.

What we will not do
We will not make medical claims. Our supplements are food supplements and treat nothing. The light panel is a wellness device with gradual results, and the pages say so. The knee brace supports a knee; it does not fix one. Where a question is really for a pharmacist, a physiotherapist or a GP, our pages send you there, because that is what an honest health shop does.
What we sell
Bidets & toilet care
A non electric toilet lid with bidet in round and elongated shapes, an ultra-slim bidet attachment that keeps your existing seat, and an electric seat with warm water, a heated seat and a dryer.
Women's probiotics
Capsules with Lactobacillus rhamnosus and acidophilus at 10 billion CFU plus 40% PAC cranberry extract, and vegan strawberry gummies with four strains, calcium and cranberry.
Red light therapy
A home panel with 48 dual-chip LEDs pairing 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared, on a rotating height-adjustable stand with five timed modes and included goggles.
Fitness & recovery
A folding hydraulic rower with 12 resistance levels and an LCD monitor, and an open-patella knee stabiliser with an adjustable C-buttress.

Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after the returned item is received and inspected.
How do I start a return?
Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will walk you through the return. The refunds and returns page on this site carries the full policy.
What is your return policy?
Every standard stock item carries the 14 day right to cancel under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. Items should be unused and in their original packaging; unsealed supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Faulty goods rights are separate and unaffected.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter shipping details and payment information.

Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP LOCATION?
We are an online supplier with no physical shop or premises. That keeps our costs down, and we pass the savings directly to you.
DO I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY ORDER?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Delivery across Ireland is free on orders over €60, and €25 below that. Orders ship after a 24 to 48 hour handling time and arrive in 5 to 7 days, tracked.
